Remote Management

We all know how difficult it can be to keep on top of things these days, and trying to ensure that your servers and workstations stay healthy in terms of memory, hard disk space, backups and updates can be a real challenge.

Here at Promega Systems we are able to offer Remote Monitoring services for you servers and workstations which let us and you know when there might be potential issues, so they can be dealt with before it causes a problem.

We are pleased to be able to offer our clients a variety of remote services in the following ways.

  • Promega Remote Management System.
  • Promega Systems Support Desk.
  • Terminal Services.
  • Confidentiality Agreement.

All problems reported by any of the above, in particular the Remote Management System, are dealt with within priority order and where possible within normal business hours. These checks are run at regular intervals and alerts are emailed to Promega Systems. We are also able to feed these alerts into out helpdesk system to automatically log a call when an error occurs. All engineers carry NetBooks or iPads at all times, allowing for complete control of our Remote Monitoring Tools from any location at any time.
